CrowdSafe Group Founder supported crowd modeling and people-movement planning for the largest FIFA World Cup in history; an unprecedented tournament spanning 104 matches, 16 venues, three countries, and 6.8 million spectators across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Our work addressed the complete spectator journey, from arrival to departure, including ingress, internal circulation, egress, arrival and departure forecasting, gate-demand analysis, pedestrian flow simulation, capacity assessment, and emergency evacuation planning. Each venue was evaluated to identify potential congestion points, operational constraints, capacity risks, and opportunities to improve how spectators safely and efficiently access, move through, and exit some of the world’s most prominent stadiums.

Using internationally recognized crowd safety principles and guidance, including the Green Guide and Purple Guide, our planning translated complex spectator demand into actionable operational strategies. The outputs directly informed venue readiness, access-management planning, infrastructure decisions, crowd-management procedures, and matchday operations.
