CLUB WORLD CUP ‘25

For the expanded FIFA Club World Cup 2025, CrowdSafe Group’s crowd modeling and venue analysis across all 12 U.S. host venues as part of FIFA’s Safety, Security & Access Management team. Our responsibilities include building detailed arrival and departure profiles, simulating pedestrian flow for ingress and egress, and conducting emergency egress and capacity assessments aligned with international standards such as the Green and Purple Guides. These insights directly support operational planning, venue readiness, and matchday safety execution for FIFA’s first 32-team Club World Cup.

SERVICES PROVIDED

I. Advanced Crowd Management & Planning

  • Crowd Flow Modeling and Simulation: Developing detailed models to predict and optimize pedestrian traffic patterns for ingress, egress, and concourse movement across multiple host stadiums to prevent congestion and surges.

  • Gate Entry Balancing & Optimization: Using real-time data to adjust staffing and screening throughput at various entry points to minimize spectator wait times and maximize security efficiency.

  • Maximum Capacity Validation: Conducting detailed calculations and analysis for local fire marshal approvals across multiple venues, ensuring safety and compliance.

  • Arrival/Departure Profiling: Analyzing transportation modes and spectator behavior to design tailored operational plans for the specific characteristics of each match and venue location.

II. Security Screening & Operational Efficiency

  • Continuous Security Screening Optimization: Consulting on the deployment and configuration of security screening technology (e.g., Evolv, as noted in public releases) to enhance threat detection while maintaining high throughput.

  • Operational Performance Dashboards: Providing real-time, consolidated data visualization to a centralized command team, giving immediate insight into gate wait times, incident locations, and staff deployment.

IV. Dedicated Personnel & Support

  • Crowd Safety Event by Event Coverage: Providing senior, on-the-ground subject matter experts for year-round planning and operational oversight during key match days.
